General terms and conditions for the purchase of hunting targets, trophy boards, wall clocks, prints primarily on wood
1. General:
The Christoffson_Shop is an online shop of the company R&C Marketing KG d. Taschler Dr. Christoph & Co. with legal domicile at Althingstraße 32, administrative headquarters at Groß-Gerau-Promenade 6c in 39031 Bruneck (BZ – South Tyrol – Italy). The purpose of the portal is the sale of individually designed prints, primarily on wood, but also on other materials including accessories. All property rights reserved. Only persons over the age of 18 are entitled to purchase products.
2) Conclusion of contract, payment and delivery
By clicking on the “Order with costs” button, a contract is concluded between R&C Marketing KG d. Taschler Dr. Christoph & Co. and his buyers. The product is designed after receipt of payment, sent to the customer for approval for printing, produced and shipped after approval. The following payment options are available: prepayment, bank transfer, Paypal, Visa credit cards.
3) Products
R&C Marketing KG designs and prints trophy boards, hunting targets, wooden wall clocks and other types of printing, primarily on wood but also on other materials. Depending on the product line, the customer can choose the desired motif and also upload pictures/graphics themselves, adapt and change texts. If all designs are clearly defined when selecting the product, the right to print applies with the order. In the case of individual illustrations and text adjustments, the customer receives the graphic template for printing approval.
4) Delivery:
After receipt of the agreed fee, the desired product is designed, sent to the customer for approval and then produced. After approval for printing, a delivery time of one month can be expected.
5) Privacy:
Entered data such as name, address, credit card number, bank code, account number are transmitted to certified payment providers to process the selected form of payment. Your name and address will be processed by us for the purpose of providing the service via EDP. Sent images will be deleted after delivery of the products.
6) Cancellation policy:
Each product is specially made for the customer according to his wishes, therefore a return of the product is not possible and the customer expressly declares that he agrees that the right of withdrawal for personalized products is excluded according to EU laws.
7) Jurisdiction:
Italian law applies exclusively to all contractual relationships. Place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.
8) Arbitration board in case of dispute:
